Pastor’s Notes
This week we will end our time together in 1 & 2 Peter. What an amazing time we have had in these 2 books! What an amazing Word that God gave our church at the perfect time. We started this series (Strangers in the World) before the church was shut down over 3 months ago and will finish with our last week outside. This study is wonderful proof of just how wonderful our Father in Heaven is!
Throughout these 2 books, Simon, Peter has led us in the charge to suffer and to finish well. Peter’s last charge came at the perfect time for people that truly needed to hear his words.
I encourage you this week to take time and look back at all your notes and highlighted verses. Take a moment to reflect on all that God showed you and how He replenished you through His much needed word.
As we end our time together and before we enter the church, we will end our series and time outside with the Lord’s Supper this week. What a beautiful moment to give God thanks and to celebrate all that He has done for us during the last 3 months!
